Parts Warehouse Storekeeper

Job Title: Parts Warehouse Storekeeper Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Automotive Job Summary Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, picking, and dispatching spare parts while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities • Receive and inspect incoming parts against purchase orders and delivery notes. • Store, label, and organize parts in designated warehouse locations. • Pick, pack, issue, and dispatch parts accurately and on time. • Perform cycle counts and physical stock checks; reconcile discrepancies in SAP/WMS. • Record all stock movements and maintain accurate inventory documentation. • Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with 5S and HSE standards. • Support warehouse audits and follow safety procedures. Mandatory Requirements • Education: Diploma is mandatory. • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. • Availability: Must be currently located in Saudi Arabia. • Experience: Warehouse, storekeeping, or spare parts experience. • Technical Skills: SAP/WMS knowledge.
