About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities • Operate heavy vehicles safely for the transportation of personnel, materials, and equipment as assigned. • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are maintained in safe and roadworthy condition. • Follow assigned routes, schedules, and transportation instructions. • Comply with traffic regulations, road safety requirements, and applicable HSE procedures. • Report vehicle defects, accidents, and maintenance requirements promptly. • Maintain vehicle logs, trip records, and other required documentation. • Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with relevant personnel. • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safe handling of transported materials and equipment. Qualification Requirements • Basic or elementary education. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver for an industrial company or contractor. • Valid Kuwait driving licence for heavy vehicles. • Valid professional driving qualifications and certifications required for industrial vehicle operations. • Proven safe driving record and good physical fitness. • Ability to communicate fluently in spoken Arabic and English and understand and follow work-related instructions. • Previous experience in industrial or Oil & Gas environments is preferred. • Must comply with applicable HSE requirements and safe driving procedures.
