Provide operational support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Perform Windows Server and Client installation, configuration, and maintenance. Review application and system logs to diagnose and resolve issues. Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and peripheral devices. Work in a live operational environment where system uptime and reliability are business critical. Key Responsibilities Work Schedule: Shift-based role with on-call support to maintain 24x7 operations Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for systems. Monitor, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day operational issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems. Analyze Windows Event Viewer logs and application logs for issue resolution. Strong knowledge of: Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) Windows Client Operating Systems Experience with: Windows Event Viewer Application log analysis and troubleshooting Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience involving: PCs Servers Storage devices Power supplies Biometric devices Scanning equipment Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP LAN/WAN DNS DHCP Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in: Computer Science Information Technology Electronics Related disciplines 1-3 years of experience in: IT Operations Technical Support System Administration Infrastructure Support Preferred Certifications CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration MCSA / MCSE Experience Required 2-4 Years

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines. 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration, MCSA or MCSE. 1-3 years of experience is also listed for some roles, but the explicit required experience is 2-4 years.
