Senior Project Manager – Oracle Fusion ERP

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical stages of an ongoing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on implementation experience and a proven track record of managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. • Manage UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off. • Oversee data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning. • Drive go-live readiness, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and implementation partners. • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution. • Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 15 years of overall project management experience. • Strong hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. • Proven experience leading UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live phases. • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and vendor coordination skills. • Excellent communication, risk management, and project delivery capabilities.
