MI / Data Analyst

Minimum 7 years in management information, reporting or data analytics, of which at least 3 years in banking or other regulated financial services. Key Responsibilities Define the data set, sources, owners and definitions for reporting on technology resources and service performance per Group entity. Extract, cleanse and combine data from ITSM (ServiceNow), project and portfolio tools (Jira), contract and vendor registers, and resource data. Establish whether source systems can attribute data to the requesting entity; document gaps and propose fixes. Build and maintain a recurring management report and dashboard; validate figures with data owners; automate refresh. Document data definitions, reporting logic and data quality issues. Support evidence preparation for governance forums and regulatory submission. Required Skills Productive within the first two weeks: able to work from existing documents and stakeholder interviews with minimal onboarding. Management information and reporting in a large organisation, preferably banking. Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and SQL; strong data modelling and visualisation. Experience with ServiceNow reporting or comparable ITSM data. Able to work with incomplete data and to communicate data limits clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
