Key Responsibilities • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties. • Arrange property viewings, site visits, and open house appointments. • Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process. • Stay informed about Dubai’s property market, new launches, and investment opportunities. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors. • Follow up with prospective clients and manage leads effectively. • Update property listings and maintain accurate information across real estate portals. Candidate Requirements • Freshers are welcome, particularly candidates with real estate exposure or market experience in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Delhi. • A good understanding of real estate fundamentals and market trends. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
