Condition Monitoring Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency. Corrective Maintenance Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied. Predictive Maintenance Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance. Quality Control Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
