Senior Credit Cards Product and Portfolio Expert

We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Cards Product & Portfolio Expert to lead cards strategy, drive portfolio growth, enhance customer engagement, and improve profitability within the retail banking sector. Key Requirements: • Strong experience in credit and debit card product launches, portfolio management, and customer lifecycle management. • Proven expertise in card product strategy, CVP development, pricing, features, and benefits. • Experience driving card spend, activation, retention, profitability, and customer engagement. • Strong knowledge of card P&L management, interchange, loyalty and rewards programs. • Experience in campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics. • Strong understanding of SAMA regulations and the Saudi banking market. • Experience in digital banking, mobile banking, fintech, and wallet integrations. • Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, system migrations, and cross-functional initiatives. • Experience managing card scheme relationships, merchant partnerships, and strategic alliances. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills. • Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge & Experience: • Minimum 12 years of experience in cards/retail banking, ideally with 5 years in leadership roles. • Strong expertise in credit card product management and portfolio growth delivery. • Proven background in digital banking and project management. • Knowledge of the Saudi banking market, SAMA regulations, and payment trends. • Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Background: Head of Cards, Cards Portfolio Director, Senior Cards Product Manager, or similar senior retail banking positions.
