Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, with a strong background in villa master plan developments within a real estate developer environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale residential developments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and development objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee villa master plan developments from planning and design through construction and handover. • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project execution. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. • Drive timely project delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a real estate developer or property development company. • Direct experience in villa master plan developments is required. • Strong knowledge of residential development, construction processes, project controls, and stakeholder management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • UAE development experience is highly preferred.
