HEAVY BUS DRIVER Position: Heavy Bus Driver Experience: Minimum 5 Years UAE Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and responsible Heavy Bus Driver with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to safely transport employees between accommodation, project sites, offices, and other designated locations. Key Responsibilities • Safely operate company heavy buses for employee transportation. • Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of employees according to the assigned schedule. • Follow all UAE traffic rules, regulations, and RTA requirements. • Maintain a high standard of safe and defensive driving at all times. • Ensure the bus is clean, safe, and in proper working condition. • Conduct daily basic vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements. • Immediately report accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, or other vehicle-related issues to the concerned department. • Maintain professional and respectful behavior with employees, passengers, and other road users. • Follow all transportation schedules, routes, and instructions provided by Management. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of heavy bus driving experience. • Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving Licence is mandatory. • Excellent knowledge of UAE traffic rules, regulations, and road safety requirements. • Excellent knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads, routes, highways, and major locations. • Ability to identify and follow the most suitable and safe routes for employee transportation. • Previous UAE/GCC driving experience is highly preferred. • Good knowledge of vehicle safety and basic maintenance checks. • Clean and safe driving record. • Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and reliable. • Previous experience in construction, MEP, or employee transportation will be an advantage. Preferred Candidate Candidates with 5+ years of UAE heavy bus driving experience, excellent knowledge of Dubai/UAE road networks and routes, and a strong understanding of UAE traffic rules and regulations will be preferred.
