Role Description This is a full-time, on-site مندوب مبيعات صيانه وتشغيل (Maintenance and Operations Sales Representative) role based in Jeddah for Bright House RealEstate. The role involves visiting residential and commercial properties to promote maintenance and operations services, preparing tailored service proposals, and following up with potential and existing clients to close sales. The team member will coordinate with technical and operations staff to schedule maintenance work, ensure service delivery meets client expectations, and resolve basic client issues promptly. Daily tasks include maintaining an updated client database, tracking sales activities, preparing simple reports, and supporting marketing campaigns related to maintenance and facility management services. The role also requires staying informed about real estate maintenance trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and negotiate service agreements. • Knowledge of building maintenance, facility management, or operations services, with the ability to explain technical services in clear, simple terms. • Effective communication skills in Arabic; basic to intermediate English communication skills are an advantage. • Ability to work on-site across different property locations in Jeddah, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client visits per day. • Basic skills in using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking tools) to document activities and prepare simple reports. • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct when interacting with clients and internal teams. • Previous experience in real estate, maintenance services, or field sales is preferred but not strictly required. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are highly beneficial for conducting on-site visits.
