Procurement & Project Monitoring Engineer

Key Responsibilities: • Manage local and international procurement for company projects, from requesting quotations through to tracking supply and delivery. • Source, evaluate and qualify suppliers and manufacturers; analyze and compare technical and commercial offers; and negotiate the best terms and prices. • Prepare procurement reports and follow up on requests, purchase orders and delivery schedules. • Contribute to preparing and updating project schedules, and track progress and delays. • Develop and maintain project and procurement dashboards and KPIs. • Contribute to applying AI and automation solutions to improve workflows, operational efficiency and reporting. Qualifications & Skills: • Saudi or Egyptian nationality. • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field. • Hands-on procurement experience, preferably in construction or real estate development. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting and data analysis. • Knowledge of project scheduling and dashboard tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. • Fluent English for communicating with local and international suppliers. • Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational and follow-up skills. • Interest in modern technologies, AI and digital transformation. • 2–5 years of experience.
