About the role
Concorde Hotel Doha seeks an experienced, dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping department. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness standards. • Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team. • Manage departmental budgets, inventories, and scheduling. • Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and health & safety regulations. • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar hotel leadership role. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, and inventory management. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
