Oracle HCM Functional Consultant | On-site Function: Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Industry: Enterprise Software / Professional Services Location: On-site Employment type: Full-time Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading technology and consulting organisation to identify an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. This is an on-site role for someone who can run configuration and client workshops independently and still work well inside a wider project team. What you'll be doing: You'll lead the functional side of Oracle Fusion HCM projects: running requirement workshops, configuring modules, supporting testing and go-live, and handing over to the client. You'll work closely with technical consultants and project managers, and you'll be the person clients turn to when a process doesn't behave as expected. What we're looking for: • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM (Fusion) functional experience • Strong configuration experience in Core HR, plus at least one of Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management or Recruiting • At least two full-cycle implementations, from requirements through to go-live • Experience running fit-gap analysis and client workshops • Solid understanding of testing, data migration and cutover • Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus Interested?
