Quality Assurance Engineer 📍 Location: Riyadh, Hybrid 🕒 Type: Full-time At Mnzil, every release is a promise to the people who use our products. As a fast-growing prop-tech company transforming workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, we are looking for sharp, curious engineers who love finding the bugs before our users do. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will own the quality bar for our web and mobile products, making sure every release that reaches our users is fast, functional, and defect-free. 🔑 What You'll Own • Design, write, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile apps (functional, regression, integration, and edge cases) • Log and track defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, and evidence, and follow them through to resolution • Work with product managers and engineers from requirement review to production release to catch issues early • Build and maintain automated test suites that run reliably in CI/CD pipelines • Run API tests and standard performance tests, and report the results • Analyse test results and failure patterns to find root causes, not just symptoms • Track quality metrics (defect escape rate, test coverage, regression pass rate) and share them with the team • Keep improving our testing processes, tools, and standards as we ship faster ✅ What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in manual and automated testing on web and/or mobile products • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Appium • API testing experience (REST, Postman or equivalent) and defect tracking in Jira or similar • Basic scripting or coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or equivalent) • Mobile testing (iOS and Android) and SQL for data checks are a plus • Fluent in Arabic, with English proficiency 🚀 Why Join Us?
