Manager E&I

Lead and manage Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) project execution activities throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure successful delivery of E&I scope within approved schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and handover activities for E&I systems. Manage execution of: Power Generation Systems HV/LV Distribution Systems Switchgear Systems MCCs (Motor Control Centers) Transformers UPS Systems Battery Charger Systems Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems Lighting Systems DCS Systems PLC Systems SCADA Systems ESD Systems Fire & Gas Systems Telecom Interfaces Instrumentation Systems Develop and monitor project execution plans and E&I milestones. Monitor engineering deliverables and procurement progress for E&I packages. Ensure timely availability of E&I equipment and materials at fabrication yards and offshore sites. Lead contractor and subcontractor management for E&I execution activities. Manage E&I installation, cable pulling, termination, loop checking, testing, and commissioning activities. Review project progress and identify mitigation plans for schedule risks and delays. Coordinate E&I interfaces with mechanical, piping, process, telecom, HVAC, and marine disciplines. Ensure compliance with client specifications, project requirements, and applicable international standards. Lead project review meetings related to E&I scope. Manage technical issues, field changes, and project deviations affecting E&I systems. Ensure readiness for energization, commissioning, startup, and project handover.
