Legal Solutions Project Manager

Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-enabled legal solutions, applications, and technology initiatives. • Partner with lawyers, business stakeholders, Product Managers, and Engineers to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business and user requirements. • Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, status updates, and governance meetings. • Support pilot programs, user acceptance testing, rollout activities, and adoption initiatives. • Track and report project progress, benefits realization, risks, and opportunities to leadership stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and change management practices. • Ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with security, compliance, risk, and responsible AI requirements. Skills and Experience • Experience managing technology, legal technology, AI, digital transformation, or business process projects within a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment. • Strong project management expertise, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communications. • Understanding of legal workflows, legal operations, knowledge management, or professional services delivery models. • Experience working with software development, product, and engineering teams using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills. • Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, and user engagement activities. • PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is desirable. • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, legal AI platforms, document automation, or knowledge management solutions. • Understanding of responsible AI, information governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
