Required Qualifications: • Classified as a Senior Registrar-Ophthalmology in the Saudi Commission for Healthcare Specialties. • At least 3 years of experience. Knowledge, Skills and Attitude: • Strong clinical knowledge in ophthalmology. • Excellent verbal and written (including report writing) communication skills • Total commitment to client-oriented care and quality standards • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment • Excellent time management and organization skills • Person of integrity, able to be trusted with confidential matters Working Conditions: • Duty may require working in the morning shift, evening shift, and split duty. • Ophthalmologists typically work in various settings, including hospitals, outpatient surgical centers, private practices, and clinics. • The role may require prolonged periods of standing or sitting during examinations and surgical procedures. • Adherence to safety protocols is crucial to minimize infection risks and ensure patient safety during examinations and surgeries • Ophthalmologists must also follow regulations related to hazardous materials and waste disposal in clinical settings.
