Senior Masterplan Manager

We're Hiring: Senior Masterplan Manager – Major Events & Entertainment 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / Remote with travel as required Sector: Major Events | Entertainment | Festivals | Live Experiences We are looking for an experienced Senior Masterplan Manager to support the planning and delivery of large-scale events and entertainment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in event masterplanning, venue layouts, space allocation and visitor journey design, with the flexibility to work across multiple events and workstreams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed event masterplans and fully dimensioned venue layouts. • Plan activation spaces, common areas and visitor circulation routes. • Design end-to-end visitor journeys, including entry, queuing, viewing areas and exits. • Manage space allocation requirements across multiple stakeholders. • Plan crowd flow and separate journeys for VVIP, VIP, guests and general visitors. • Maintain risk registers and contingency plans. • Coordinate planning requirements with sponsors, publishers, creators, government bodies and event teams. • Support the delivery of multiple events and projects as priorities change. Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of relevant event masterplanning experience. • Experience delivering at least two live event seasons. • Strong background in venue planning, spatial layouts and visitor flow. • Ability to personally produce detailed masterplans and technical drawings. • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and event disciplines. • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software preferred. • Previous experience with major festivals, sporting events, entertainment venues or esports events advantageous. • Professional English communication skills.
