Solution Architect 2.1 Scope of Services The Solution Architect shall provide solution architecture support to define, document, and validate the Foundry architecture and associated integrations within the Eligibility Engine / NHI Platform context. The scope shall include: • Design and document the Foundry-side solution architecture, covering source ingestion, data transformation, ontology build, and outbound data feeds to downstream systems. • Develop solution architecture and data-flow diagrams illustrating the movement of data from source entities into Foundry and from Foundry to downstream systems, including Shafafiya and TAMM. • Define and document appropriate connectivity and integration patterns, including Data Connection Agent/proxy approaches, connector options, APIs, webhooks, exports, and pull/push-based access. • Capture and maintain key architecture decisions, integration dependencies, open technical design questions, and high-level security considerations for validation. • Support Palantir and relevant stakeholders in the assessment of connectors, APIs, and security considerations for the target solution. • Identify and highlight potential technical and integration risks associated with the proposed solution architecture patterns. • Translate technical architecture inputs into clear, high-level architecture diagrams and supporting documentation suitable for technical, business, and leadership stakeholders. 2.2 Key Deliverables The Solution Architect shall support the development and maintenance of the following deliverables: • High-Level Solution Architecture • Solution architecture diagrams • Supporting technical documentation • Technical Dependency and Assumptions Register • Solution Traceability Matrix • Traceability of applicable NHIP business and technical requirements to the proposed solution architecture. 3. Expected Delivery Approach The Product Owner and Solution Architect shall work collaboratively with the broader Foundry delivery ecosystem and relevant stakeholders. The resources shall therefore support coordinated delivery across product requirements, architecture, releases, and stakeholder inputs, with documentation maintained to support delivery readiness and continuity.
