Benefits • On-target earnings: €60,000, with uncapped commission and the potential for high performers to earn more than €100,000 annually. • Flexible work arrangement: Remote-first work environment with the freedom to work from anywhere, provided performance expectations are met. • Career advancement: A defined progression path from Pipeline Representative to Discovery Representative, Full-Cycle Closer, and potentially consulting. • Direct sales coaching: One-to-one coaching and opportunities to shadow experienced sales leaders during live sales activities. • Advanced sales training: Access to a structured training program built on approximately 15 years of experience and more than 400 client cases. • Executive coaching: Personalized development support from an executive coach with a former VP-level background at Nike, valued at more than €5,000 and provided at the company’s expense after onboarding. • Established sales infrastructure: Access to a proprietary sales platform that generates warm leads daily and a CRM containing more than 50,000 active DACH-market contacts. • Attractive B2B sales proposition: Work with an offer featuring an average deal size of approximately €20,000, a typical sales cycle of two to three weeks, and a reported closing rate of 30–40%. • Performance-focused team: Collaborate with a small, ambitious team that values accountability, discipline, learning, and high performance. • Contract flexibility: The role begins on a freelance basis, with the possibility—and stated intention in suitable cases—of transitioning to permanent employment by mutual agreement. • Fast recruitment process: Applicants are asked to submit a one-minute Loom video introducing themselves and explaining their interest in the role.
