Senior Sales Supervisor

Envertiz Consultancy is hiring a results-driven Senior Sales Supervisor – Beverage Sales on behalf of our partner in Oman. This is a high-impact FMCG role responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution across retail, HORECA, and modern trade channels, and building strategic relationships across the market. If you have strong GCC beverage or FMCG sales experience and a valid GCC driving licence, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities for bottled water across retail, HORECA, and modern trade channels • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in assigned territories • Lead market expansion projects including territory development and numeric distribution growth • Negotiate product listing, prime display areas, and onboarding across all channels • Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers across channels • Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock, pricing, competitor activity, and customer feedback • Drive tender business opportunities with government, corporate, education, and hospitality sectors • Evaluate new products, pack sizes, and channel opportunities based on market demand • Mentor junior sales executives and support capability building • Submit monthly sales and market intelligence reports and business review presentations Requirements: • 5+ years of GCC experience in FMCG / beverage sales (Mandatory) • Valid GCC driving licence (Mandatory) • Proven track record in route-to-market and distribution expansion • Experience across retail, HORECA, and modern trade channels Core Skills • Strong negotiation and business development skills • Territory management and market expansion • Key account and stakeholder management • Market intelligence and competitor analysis • Sales reporting and business review presentations Recommended Skills • FMCG Sales • Beverage Sales • Route-to-Market • HORECA Sales • Modern Trade • Territory Management • Distribution Expansion • Key Account Management • Business Development • Market Intelligence Show more Show less
