Fuel Management/ Supervisor - Events

About The Role We are recruiting a Fuel Management Supervisor to join a dedicated full-time delivery team for a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within our client's event operations function and runs from 27 October to 26 December 2026. You will manage and supervise fuel supply and usage for event operations, including: • Fuel requirement planning and supplier deliveries • Supervision of fuel points, refuelling schedules and logs • Consumption tracking and reporting against allocations You will work with the operations and technical teams to make sure generators, vehicles and equipment are fuelled safely, on time and within allocation across multiple venues. This is a hands-on supervisory role. You will be on the ground overseeing fuel points daily while owning the planning, records and reporting behind them.
