Junior Management Consultant (Saudi National)

About the Role Pearls Consulting is seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Management Consultant to join our growing consulting team. In this role, you will support client projects across Saudi Arabia, helping organizations improve performance, optimize operations, reduce costs, and achieve strategic objectives. You will work closely with experienced consultants and client teams to analyze business challenges, develop practical recommendations, and support the implementation of high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities As a Junior Management Consultant, you will contribute to projects across areas such as: • Strategy development and business planning • Operations optimization • Business process improvement across functions such as supply chain, procurement, finance, warehousing, facility management, HR, and IT • Project management and PMO support • Change management and organizational transformation • Data gathering, analysis, and presentation of insights • Preparation of client deliverables, reports, dashboards, and presentations • Supporting workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews You may be based at Pearls’ office in Riyadh or Tunis, or work directly from client locations depending on project needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: • A degree from a reputable engineering, business, economics, or management school • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to gather, structure, and analyze data effectively • Critical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex business challenges • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver quality work within deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and client-facing professionalism • 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or project-based experience What We Offer • Exposure to strategic and operational consulting projects • Opportunity to work with clients across different industries • A collaborative and learning-oriented work environment • Career development within a growing management consulting firm Start date: as soon as possible Languages: Both English and Arabic are mandatory Contact: [email protected] Show more Show less
