Project Quantity Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Fit-Out Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 6,000–9,000 per month Sector: Commercial Office Fit-Out & Design and Build The Opportunity We are working with an established commercial interior design and fit-out company in Dubai looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. The successful candidate will support the commercial and financial management of workplace fit-out projects, working closely with project managers, procurement teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Key Responsibilities • Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BOQs). • Manage project costs from initial tender through to final account. • Review subcontractor quotations, variations and payment applications. • Monitor project expenditure and provide regular cost reports. • Assist with procurement, supplier negotiations and subcontractor management. • Identify potential cost savings and commercial risks. • Work closely with project and site teams to ensure financial control throughout delivery. Requirements • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE. • Commercial office fit-out experience is essential. • Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, construction methods and subcontractor packages. • Experience in cost estimation, BOQs, variations and project cost control. • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines. • Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management preferred.
