HSE Engineer (Site) - Oil & Gas onshore

Valid Recruit is hiring 2 HSE Engineers for an established EPC contractor delivering an ADNOC onshore brownfield project in the UAE. The role is site-based. Benefits • Gross monthly salary of AED 18,000 – 20,000 • Accommodation, food and transport provided • Health insurance for you and your dependants • Annual air ticket home after 12 months Job responsibilities • Lead hazard identification and risk studies: HAZID, HAZOP, QRA and JSAs for field and plant operations • Ensure work complies with local, national and international standards, including OSHA and ADNOC HSE Standards • Carry out compliance audits, facility design reviews and site inspections to test safety barriers and field practices • Monitor safety-critical elements, verify bypass and override logs, and take part in Management of Change reviews • Oversee permit-to-work on a live brownfield plant Successful candidate requirements • 8–10 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas or EPC sector • A bachelor’s degree in environmental or occupational health & safety • Hands-on HAZID / HAZOP and permit-to-work experience • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 • NEBOSH IGC and IOSH preferred • ADNOC approval preferred. Shortlisted candidates will attend an ADNOC interview. • Site schedule: 6 days a week
