Air Ducting Factory Manager

Position Purpose: • To lead and manage the Ducting Factory in Jeddah, specializing in the production of air distribution systems, HVAC ductwork, and related accessories. The Factory Manager will be responsible for the overall factory operations, production performance, workforce management, quality assurance, cost control, and continuous improvement, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with the Company's strategic and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all factory operations, establish clear objectives, implement operational procedures, and ensure effective coordination across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, and warehouse functions. • Develop and execute production plans to meet project requirements and delivery schedules, maximize capacity utilization, improve productivity, and minimize waste and operational downtime. • Ensure the manufacture of HVAC ductwork, air distribution systems, and accessories complies with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, applicable industry standards, and required quality standards. • Build, lead, and develop a competent workforce, establish performance targets, enforce accountability, and promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Control manufacturing costs, material consumption, inventory, manpower, equipment utilization, and operating expenses to improve profitability and competitiveness. • Ensure strict implementation of workplace health and safety requirements, factory regulations, equipment maintenance programmes, and applicable environmental standards. • Oversee machinery performance, preventive maintenance, production technology, automation opportunities, and process improvements to enhance manufacturing capacity and operational reliability. • Establish and monitor KPIs covering production output, delivery performance, productivity, quality, waste, costs, and equipment downtime. Provide regular operational and performance reports to Senior Management. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • Minimum 20 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience, with substantial experience in factory operations and production management. • Proven track record in managing manufacturing facilities, preferably HVAC ductwork, sheet-metal fabrication, air distribution systems, or related industries. • Demonstrated senior leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead large workforces, manage multiple operational functions, make sound decisions, and drive results. • Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality management, cost control, supply chain coordination, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • High professional integrity, strong accountability, and a results-oriented management approach.
