Site Engineer - Landscaping

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer - Landscaping to oversee and supervise day-to-day site activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with construction or contracting companies in managing Landscaping works. Responsibilities • Supervise on-site landscape execution: hardscape (paving, kerbs, pergolas, water features) and softscape (planting, turfing, soil preparation) • Review landscape drawings, shop drawings and specs, and resolve site queries with consultants and design teams • Oversee irrigation installation, testing and commissioning • Monitor progress against schedule, manage subcontractors and manpower • Carry out material inspections (soil, plants, pavers, irrigation components), quality checks, snags/NCRs and IRFs • Coordinate with MEP and civil teams to avoid clashes • Ensure HSE compliance and maintain daily reports, progress photos and as-built records • Support method statements and RFIs, and join client/consultant inspections and handover Requirements • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture or a related field • 3–7 years of site execution experience in landscape (softscape and hardscape) projects, preferably in UAE/GCC • Contracting firm experience preferred • Knowledge of regional plant species, irrigation systems (drip/sprinkler) and hardscape materials • UAE driving license preferred.
