Advanced Analytics Sr. Specialist

Job Purpose Develop and enhance advanced analytics and Business Intelligence solutions, including interactive Power BI dashboards, to monitor business performance, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance. • Translate business requirements into effective analytics and BI solutions. • Develop and optimize data models and SQL queries to support accurate reporting and analysis. • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. • Support the development and implementation of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, dashboard performance, usability, and reporting consistency. • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance on analytics and BI solutions. Qualification and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling. • Experience in dashboard development, KPI reporting, data visualization, and business requirements analysis.
