المسمى الوظيفي: محاسب أولاً: شروط شغل الوظيفة • الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال المحاسبة. • الإلمام بالمبادئ المحاسبية المعتمدة. • الكفاءة في إعداد وتحليل البيانات والتقارير المالية. • القدرة على تسجيل العمليات المالية ومراجعة القيود المحاسبية. • المعرفة بإعداد التسويات البنكية ومطابقة الحسابات. • الإلمام بالأنظمة واللوائح الزكوية والضريبية ذات العلاقة. • إجادة استخدام البرامج المحاسبية وبرامج Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel. • امتلاك مهارات عالية في الدقة والتنظيم وإدارة الوقت. ثانياً: المهام والمسؤوليات • تسجيل العمليات المالية اليومية وإعداد القيود المحاسبية وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة. • مراجعة الفواتير والمستندات المالية والتأكد من صحتها واكتمالها. • إعداد التسويات البنكية ومطابقة الحسابات والأرصدة. • إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية ورفعها إلى الإدارة المختصة. • المساهمة في إعداد القوائم المالية ومراجعة الحسابات الختامية. • متابعة حسابات العملاء والموردين والتأكد من صحة الأرصدة المستحقة. • متابعة المصروفات والإيرادات والتأكد من تسجيلها في الحسابات الصحيحة. • إعداد ومراجعة المطالبات المالية وسندات القبض والصرف. • المساهمة في إعداد الإقرارات الزكوية والضريبية وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها. • متابعة الالتزامات المالية ومواعيد الاستحقاق وإعداد التقارير اللازمة بشأنها. • حفظ وتنظيم المستندات والسجلات المحاسبية وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة. • التعاون مع الإدارات ذات العلاقة وتوفي&

Brief summary: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; at least 1 year of practical experience in accounting; familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles; proficiency in data preparation, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations; ability to record financial transactions and review accounting entries; knowledge of bank settlements and account reconciliations; knowledge of tax and zakat regulations; proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel); strong accuracy, organization, and time-management skills.

Record daily financial transactions and prepare accounting entries according to approved standards; review invoices and financial documents for accuracy and completeness; prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts and balances; prepare periodic financial reports and submit to management; contribute to preparing financial statements and reviewing closing accounts; monitor customer and supplier accounts and ensure correct balances; monitor expenses and revenues and ensure proper accounting entries; prepare and review financial claims, receipts and payments vouchers; contribute to preparing zakat and tax declarations according to applicable regulations; monitor financial obligations and due dates and prepare necessary reports; file and organize accounting documents and records according to approved procedures; collaborate with related departments.
