BIM Manager

Job Purpose Manage and develop the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology across all phases of engineering projects. Ensure the integration of digital models among different disciplines while complying with local and international BIM standards to achieve the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and project information management. Support the company's objectives by improving project deliverables and reducing risks and costs. Qualifications & Experience Education • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline). • Professional BIM certifications are preferred. Experience • 8–10 years of experience in engineering and BIM. • Strong experience in BIM standards, workflows, and project management. Skills • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in BIM software and related engineering applications.
