BOQ Senior Associate

🚀 We're Hiring | BOQ Senior Associate - KSA At Americana Restaurants, we operate leading global brands across the Kingdom, including KFC, Hardee's, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays, and Peet's Coffee. We are looking for an experienced Saudi quantity surveyor to join our Design team. 📍 Location: Riyadh - Head Office 🏢 Department: Design 👤 Reports To: Design Hub Leader 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 📌 Bills of Quantities & Estimation • Produce accurate bills of quantities for new store openings and remodels in line with the Design team's drawings and requirements. • Prepare high-level and detailed cost estimates to support project budgeting and approvals. • Read and interpret architectural, interior design, civil, and MEP drawings to quantify scope precisely. • Ensure Americana design and specification standards are implemented and maintained across every BOQ. 📌 Cost Control & Value Engineering • Propose value engineering options that reduce cost without compromising brand standards or quality. • Benchmark material and service rates against current market prices across the Kingdom. • Support review of contractor submissions and variation claims against the issued BOQ. 📌 Compliance & Coordination • Reflect local authority and municipal specification requirements in scopes and quantities. • Work closely with the Design, Construction, and Real Estate teams, and with vendors and suppliers. • Support special projects requiring dedicated analysis and reporting. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical). • 6-8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. • Excellent architectural and interior design drawing reading skills. • Strong knowledge of civil and interior works specifications, and good knowledge of MEP systems. • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with local authority specification requirements in the Kingdom. • Prior experience with retail or F&B brands is an advantage. • Fluent Arabic and English. ⭐ Skills Analytical thinking • Attention to detail • Meeting deadlines • Managing multiple projects • Independent, high-quality delivery • Clear written and verbal communication. 🇸🇦 This opportunity is open to Saudi nationals only, in line with our commitment to developing national talent and supporting Saudi Vision 2030. #Hiring #RiyadhJobs #Saudization #QuantitySurveying #Americana #AmericanaRestaurants
