Technical Solutions Architect | Implementation Engineer | B2B Enterprise Software | KSA | $75,000 - $95,000 + Discretionary bonus + benefits We're hiring for an experienced, customer-facing Solutions Architect / Implementation Engineer to join a growing technology business supporting enterprise customers across the Middle East. This is a hands-on technical role sitting between solution architecture, implementation and customer success. You’ll work directly with customers to understand what they’re trying to achieve, design the right technical solution and take it through implementation, integration and adoption. You’ll also work closely with the sales team, providing technical expertise during customer conversations. • 6+ years of technical experience within enterprise technology environments, ideally across multiple software vendors • Experience designing and architecting enterprise IT solutions. • Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. • Install, configure and integrate solutions into existing customer infrastructure. • Work across cloud environments including AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud. • Test implementations for performance, stability and security. • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and resolve them quickly. • Advise customers on solution architecture and best practice. • Support post-sales adoption, usage and future expansion. • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience, ideally Ubuntu and/or RedHat. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. • Good understanding of web protocols, networking and security. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
