The architect provides overall technical leadership, drives solution design, oversees CRM configuration and customizations, defines integration and data migration strategies, ensures adherence to Microsoft best practices, and governs the successful delivery of the platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers, the CRM Architect ensures that the implemented solution aligns with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and future growth needs while mitigating implementation risks and ensuring user adoption.
