Qualifications & experience • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field is preferred. • 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations or a related field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. • Strong writing, editing and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels. • Experience developing content for internal and/or external communication channels. • Experience supporting events, campaigns and employee engagement activities. • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work across different functions and levels of the organization. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. • Ability to develop effective presentations and basic visual content using tools such as Canva or similar platforms. • Experience coordinating with agencies and external vendors is an advantage. What we’re looking for • We are looking for someone who is proactive, curious and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine interest in communications. • You should be comfortable taking a brief and turning it into action, managing priorities independently and following through to delivery. You will need good judgment, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with different stakeholders across the business. • I prefer this to putting it in the qualifications because it describes the way you want the person to work, rather than a technical skill or qualification.
