Organization- Grand Hyatt Dubai Summary Main Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to hotel recipes and standards. • Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times. • Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures. • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. • Properly store, label, and handle ingredients and food products. • Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages. • Minimize food wastage and maintain cost-control practices. • Ensure kitchen equipment is used correctly and reported if damaged. • Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when required.
