About Us Keeta, the international subsidiary of global delivery leader Meituan, is driven by a clear mission: We help people eat better, live better. Building on our parent company's 16 years of technological and operational expertise mastered in China, we are leading a global transformation in food and consumer product delivery. Since our start in 2023, Keeta has focused on creating value for every part of the communities we serve. We provide a reliable experience for consumers, enhance technology and operations for restaurants, and create more earning opportunities and greater safety for courier partners. This commitment to shared progress drives our journey from Hong Kong, China, across the Middle East and into Brazil, with the world ahead. What You'll Do • Lead the end-to-end Picker strategy and system-building — design and continuously iterate picking SOPs from scratch, including picking standards, operational procedures, exception handling protocols, and quality control checkpoints. Ensure the system is replicable and scalable across Hypermarket and Dark Store formats. • Manage the full 3PL partnership lifecycle — from vendor screening and onboarding, to SLA negotiation, pricing analysis, capacity planning, and performance evaluation. Scale to oversee dozens of 3PL partners through a structured, tiered management framework. • Build the Picker performance and governance system — design a multi-dimensional KPI framework covering efficiency, quality, on-time rate, and satisfaction. Establish warning mechanisms, rectification processes, termination standards, and penalty/incentive structures, codified into executable operational manuals. • Develop and optimize Picker pricing strategies — build a data-driven pricing model based on fulfillment cost structures, market benchmarks, merchant needs, and capacity supply-demand dynamics. Conduct rationality analysis of 3PL quotations to ensure competitive and sustainable pricing. • Own the full-chain fulfillment KPI monitoring system — covering the complete journey from order placement → merchant acceptance → item picking → packaging → delivery → completion → after-sales. Track order cancellation rate, on-time rate, stock-out rate, completion rate, refund rate, satisfaction, and complaint rate. Build automated anomaly detection and closed-loop resolution mechanisms. • Drive cross-functional collaboration — partner closely with Customer Service and Delivery teams to establish coordination mechanisms, drive root cause analysis of customer complaints, and optimize delivery timeliness and fulfillment efficiency. Conduct regular store visits and frontline research at Hypermarkets and Dark Stores to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. What We Need From You • 5+ years of experience in retail/e-commerce fulfillment operations or supply chain management, with hands-on experience building operational systems or SOPs from scratch. Clear understanding of the operational differences between Hypermarket and Dark Store formats. • Proven 3PL management experience — including contract negotiation, SLA design, performance evaluation, capacity planning, and cost analysis. Experience managing 10+ vendors in parallel is preferred. • Data-driven decision-making ability — capable of independently designing KPI frameworks and translating them into executable governance mechanisms (warnings, terminations, penalties, etc.). • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to effectively coordinate with Customer Service, Delivery, Product, and Technology teams to drive closed-loop problem resolution. • Frontline team management experience — background in managing Pickers, Riders, or Drivers at scale with a systematic governance approach, not limited to single-store or small-team scheduling. • Fluent English as a working language — able to communicate independently with merchants, frontline teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. What Makes This Role Exciting • You'll build the entire Picker fulfillment system from the ground up for a rapidly scaling market — real ownership over strategy, operations, and governance. • You'll work at the intersection of operations, supply chain, and vendor management in a high-growth quick commerce environment. • You'll manage a large-scale 3PL ecosystem and shape the frameworks that define fulfillment quality and cost efficiency across multiple formats. • You'll have direct exposure to cross-functional leadership and the autonomy to design systems that scale across regions. Why Join Keeta • Join a Leading Global Delivery Platform With Massive Impact As the driving force behind Meituan's global expansion, Keeta is delivering more than just food and goods, but real impact too.
