Solution Architect & Lead Software Engineer

On behalf of one of our clients, we’re looking for a Solution Architect & Lead Software Engineer to own the end-to-end technical design of AI video-analytics solutions and lead engineering teams through delivery. You’ll bring together AI models, backend services, and cloud and edge infrastructure, while supporting presales and shaping client requirements into scalable solution proposals. Key responsibilities • Design production-ready systems integrating AI models, backend services, and infrastructure. • Architect video-ingestion pipelines using RTSP, ONVIF, and other streaming protocols. • Design cloud and edge architectures, including GPU infrastructure and edge-device planning. • Define secure, highly available, scalable microservices and REST/gRPC APIs. • Lead the integration of AI models into enterprise systems. • Support presales and client engagements, preparing solution proposals and architecture designs. • Provide technical leadership through mentoring and code reviews. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 12–18 years of software engineering experience, including substantial architecture and technical leadership experience. • Proven track record designing scalable, secure distributed systems. • Strong experience with cloud and edge architecture; AWS or Azure preferred. • Experience with GPU infrastructure, video-streaming pipelines, and microservices/API design. • Excellent client-facing, communication, and solution-proposal skills.
