Industrial Engineer – Operations

Role Description The Industrial Engineer – Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational processes within a Water Loss Management and Comprehensive Survey Project. Key responsibilities include analyzing water loss and leakage data, monitoring operational performance, preparing technical and operational reports, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role also involves coordinating with field teams, maintaining accurate operational databases, identifying process inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall project performance. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering • Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or infrastructure projects • Previous experience in water infrastructure projects, preferably water loss management or water distribution networks • Strong analytical skills and experience in operational data analysis and performance monitoring • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, and technical reporting • Good knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational process improvement • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
