General Accountant

Our client is seeking an experienced General Accountant to take full ownership of the finance and accounting function for a growing SME in Dubai. This is a standalone role reporting directly to the CEO, requiring a hands-on professional who can independently manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and business support. End-to-end accounting for the SME, including financial reporting, compliance, and business support; manage month-end and year-end closing; oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations; cash flow management, budgeting, and management reporting; payroll processing (WPS), EOSB, and audit coordination; ensure IFRS compliance and preparation of financial statements; manage VAT and corporate tax obligations; coordinate with both Free Zone and Mainland entities; operate ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel.
