Project Manager – Customer Experience (Construction Digitization) About the Role We're looking for a senior Project Manager to lead construction digitization and digital transformation programs for construction and real estate clients. You will own delivery end-to-end and be the main point of contact for client stakeholders, from kickoff through go-live and adoption. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of digital transformation projects (ERP, project controls, construction management platforms) for construction companies • Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage expectations, communication and satisfaction • Define scope, plans, budgets and timelines, and track delivery against them • Coordinate internal teams, technology partners and client stakeholders • Drive user adoption through change management, training and post-go-live support • Identify risks early and escalate with clear mitigation plans • Report progress to senior client and internal leadership Requirements • 10+ years of project management experience in construction digitization or digital transformation (e.g., ERP implementation for construction companies) • Proven client-facing delivery on complex, multi-stakeholder programs • Strong understanding of construction workflows such as project controls, procurement, cost and document management • Arabic speaker (mandatory) • Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory) • Current UAE resident (mandatory) • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred • Experience with platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Primavera, Procore or Aconex is a plus What We Offer • A senior role on high-impact regional transformation programs • Competitive package based on experience Ready to lead the future of construction?
