We’re Hiring | Central Kitchen Operations Chef 📍 Location: Kuwait We are seeking a highly experienced Central Kitchen Operations Chef with proven expertise in managing high-volume food production, online delivery operations, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily central kitchen operations, production planning, and workflow efficiency. * Develop and implement 70%–90% pre-preparation systems for suitable menu items, ensuring faster order fulfillment without compromising food quality or safety. * Establish and maintain effective stock management, inventory control, and forecasting systems. * Optimize kitchen operations for online ordering and delivery platforms. * Implement standardized recipes, portion control, food costing, and production SOPs. * Manage order preparation, packaging, dispatch coordination, and delivery readiness. * Monitor food quality, consistency, hygiene, and operational performance. * Reduce food waste, control production costs, and improve kitchen productivity. * Train and supervise kitchen teams to maintain consistent operational standards. Required Qualifications: * Proven experience in central kitchens, cloud kitchens, or delivery-focused food operations. * Strong knowledge of Foodics and Orderable systems. * Demonstrated ability to implement advanced food pre-preparation and inventory management systems. * Experience managing multiple brands operating from one central kitchen. * Strong understanding of food safety, shelf-life management, FIFO/FEFO, and quality control. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and operational planning skills.
