Mandatory Skills and Experience:-  10+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in blockchain / DLT / digital asset technologies  Strong hands-on experience in enterprise blockchain architecture and implementation  Proven experience in designing and delivering secure, scalable, enterprise-grade DLT solutions  Experience working in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments Technical Skills  Strong Understanding Of • distributed ledger technology • permissioned and public blockchain models • consensus mechanisms • node architecture • smart contracts • tokenization frameworks • wallet and custody architecture • key management • on-chain / off-chain integration models  Strong Experience With Hyperledger, Especially • Hyperledger Fabric • enterprise blockchain frameworks and related components  Experience With • smart contract design and development • digital asset platforms • blockchain network architecture • API and middleware integration • security controls for DLT solutions • reconciliation and transaction lifecycle design Security / Wallet / Custody  Good Understanding Of • MPC • HSM • private key management • transaction signing workflows • institutional wallet controls • multi-level approvals • disaster recovery and operational resilience Architecture and Delivery  Experience Creating • solution architecture documents • technical design specifications • integration architecture • deployment models • vendor evaluation inputs  Experience supporting PoCs, workshops, design governance, and implementation planning Preferred Skills  Experience with enterprise tokenization platforms  Experience with privacy and permissioning models in DLT platforms  Experience with cloud-based deployment of blockchain solutions  Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD for blockchain environments  Understanding of financial transaction processing, controls, reconciliation, and audit requirements  Knowledge of secure smart contract review and governance practices Education and Certifications  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline  Master’s degree is an advantage  Relevant blockchain certifications preferred  Cloud and security certifications are a plus
