Job Opening: Project Manager – Infrastructure & Landscaping Expereince We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure, external works, and landscaping projects to lead and deliver high-quality construction projects across multiple sites. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management• • Master’s Degree in Project Management / Construction Management (added advantage) Technical & Professional Skills & Experience 1. Experience: 10+ years in construction with minimum 5+ years as Project Manager on infrastructure, external works, and landscaping projects 2. Strong experience in managing full project lifecycle — planning to handover 3. Proven track record in delivering landscape & infrastructure projects on time and within budget 4. Deep knowledge of external works, utilities, roads, hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems 5. Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management 6. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams 7. Experience in contract administration and consultant/client coordination 8. Strong control over project budgets, variations, and change management 9. Experience in authority approvals and inspections (UAE preferred) 10. Ability to review drawings, specifications, and method statements 11. Strong coordination with QS, procurement, engineering, and HSE teams 12. Experience in risk management and mitigation planning 13. Knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices Certifications 1. PMP (Project Management Professional) 2. RICS (added advantage) 3. Certifications in HSE / Quality Management (preferred) Soft Skills 1. Strong leadership and team management abilities 2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability 4. High level of commercial and contractual awareness 5. Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams 6. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills 7. Ability to manage multiple sites and tight deadlines 8. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results 9. Fluency in English (verbal and written), Arabic is an additional advantage.
