Guest Arrival Expert (Concierge / Driver)

Position Summary The Guest Arrival Expert (Concierge / Driver) is responsible for creating exceptional first and last impressions for guests by delivering professional arrival, departure, concierge, and transportation services. This role assists guests with luggage, provides information about hotel facilities and local attractions, coordinates transportation requirements, and safely operates hotel vehicles when required. The position plays a key role in ensuring a seamless, personalized, and memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and service excellence. Qualification & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage. • Valid UAE Driving License (Light & Heavy Vehicle) with a clean driving record. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, chauffeur, guest services, or a similar customer-facing role. • Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and major UAE road networks and attractions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation. • Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to represent the hotel positively. • Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Ability to handle guest luggage and perform tasks requiring physical activity. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest service practices is preferred.
