Senior Media Buyer

About the Role We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Media Buyer to lead the execution and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on scaling e-commerce revenue and driving profitable growth. We're looking for someone who goes beyond managing ad spend—someone who understands the numbers, identifies growth opportunities, and makes data-driven decisions that directly impact business performance. If you've personally managed SAR 1M+ in advertising spend within a single quarter and can demonstrate the revenue and business results behind that investment, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, X, Google Ads, and Google Display Network (GDN). • Budget Optimization: Own advertising budget allocation across channels, continuously reallocating spend based on performance, profitability, and growth opportunities. • Media Planning: Develop quarterly media strategies supported by monthly and weekly plans, with daily campaign monitoring and optimization. • E-commerce Growth: Execute full-funnel performance strategies focused on customer acquisition, retargeting, conversion optimization, and profitable revenue growth. • Seasonal Campaigns: Plan and execute high-impact campaigns aligned with key retail seasons and promotional events. • Creative Performance: Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop, test, and optimize ad creatives based on performance insights. • Tracking & Measurement: Implement, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking through GTM, GA4, advertising pixels, and Meta Conversions API (CAPI). • Attribution & Insights: Analyze attribution, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. • Omnichannel Performance: Execute Store Visits campaigns where supported and develop measurement approaches to assess the impact of digital advertising on physical store sales. • Performance Reporting: Deliver actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, revenue, and overall advertising efficiency. Requirements • Proven hands-on experience in media buying and performance marketing, with a strong background in e-commerce. • Demonstrated experience personally managing SAR 1M+ in quarterly advertising spend, with measurable business results. • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads. • Proven ability to scale conversion-focused campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency and profitability. • Strong technical knowledge of GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, advertising pixels, and Meta CAPI. • Solid understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, and retargeting. • Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to turn performance data into actionable decisions. • Experience in the Saudi or GCC market, preferably within fashion, retail, or e-commerce. • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with Magento e-commerce platforms. • Knowledge of server-side tracking, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing. • Experience connecting online advertising performance with offline retail sales. • Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing. • Exposure to influencer marketing, Mawthooq, and marketplace advertising through Noon or Amazon. How to Apply Along with your CV, please share one paid advertising campaign you've personally managed that demonstrates your experience. Include the advertising budget, platforms used, measurable results (including revenue and ROAS), key optimization decisions, and what you would approach differently today.
