What You’ll Do • Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and prospective clients. • Learn how to source and manage property listings for sales and leasing. • Promote properties through approved marketing channels and real estate platforms. • Arrange and conduct property viewings while assisting clients with their property requirements. • Follow up with leads and potential clients professionally. • Support clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process. • Maintain accurate client, lead, and property records in the company’s CRM system. • Work closely with management, property owners, landlords, and developers. • Follow company procedures and applicable UAE real estate regulations. Who We’re Looking For • Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. • Individuals with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Confidence in speaking with people and building relationships. • A self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset. • Good organizational skills and a professional attitude. • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential. • Candidates must meet the applicable UAE employment and real estate licensing requirements.
