Electrical Estimation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation within the construction industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical and ELV quantity take-offs, cost estimation, pricing, and preparation of tender submissions. Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for electrical and ELV systems for MEP construction projects. • Perform accurate quantity take-offs from electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documents. • Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to identify project requirements and potential discrepancies. • Prepare material, labour, and installation cost estimates based on project requirements. • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing. • Analyse costs, compare quotations, and assist in preparing tender submissions. • Coordinate with the procurement, technical, and project teams to clarify requirements and optimise costs. • Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within the required deadlines.
