Downstream Portfolio & Due Diligence Specialist (Downstream)

Summary This role serves to oversee the downstream business portfolio, ensuring effective integration and optimization of acquisitions while supporting strategic capital allocation decisions. Main Responsibilities: • Provide an end-to-end view of the downstream portfolio, affiliate landscape, and business models. • Advise on how acquired or new affiliates map into the target GCOA, dimensions, and governance. • Define portfolio, capital allocation, and working capital reporting requirements. • Bring IOC/NOC peer benchmarks and leading practices to the design. • Support design ownership, governance, and roadmap priorities. Key Requirements: • Downstream Oil & Gas M&A experience, financial due diligence, or post-merger integration experience. • Strong understanding of integrated downstream value chains and affiliate structures. • Ability to engage with CFOs and executive stakeholders. Nice to Have: • Prior work with a major NOC downstream portfolio in KSA or the GCC. • Experience in carve-outs, standalone financials, or portfolio reviews.
