Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riffa for a Sneakers, Shoes & Bags Cleaner. The role involves cleaning, caring for, and restoring a variety of materials including leather, suede, fabric, and synthetic materials. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting items for damage or wear, performing stain removal and deep cleaning, applying protective treatments and conditioners, and ensuring each item is finished to a high standard. The cleaner will follow specific care instructions and safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and handle customer items with care and accountability. The role may also involve basic customer interaction, such as receiving items, discussing care options, and updating clients on service timelines. Qualifications • Experience or strong interest in cleaning and caring for sneakers, shoes, and bags, including various materials such as leather and suede. • Attention to detail and manual dexterity to perform precise cleaning, stain removal, and restoration tasks. • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling practices, with willingness to follow training and procedures. • Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple items in a workflow, and meet daily quality and productivity goals. • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with clients and team members. • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site full-time in Riffa as part of a small, collaborative team. • Prior experience in cleaning services, shoe care, leather care, or a related field is an advantage but not required; training can be provided.
